If I have any supplies to buy I go before I get to the workroom so these are the times I can guarantee being there.

Please be aware that the current turnaround time is 4-6 weeks and that I am unable to do same day alterations. It would be helpful if you could prioritise what you would like me to alter and to bring no more than 3 items at a time. It may feel like a long time to wait but I take pride in doing a good job with my work and completing jobs in the promised timeframe.

The workroom will be closed on all public bank holidays plus the following dates. These are the main dates but there will be the occasional weekend away (Friday to Monday closures)
